Plymouth tennis wins 4th at regionals; Aaron Zhang qualifies for state tournament

Plymouth varsity tennis earned 10 points to place 4th at the Division 1 regional tournament held Saturday, October 10 at the Park courts. Senior player Patrick Onoro returned to play #1 doubles after five weeks off the season due to injury. Competition was fierce with Ann Arbor Huron, Ann Arbor Pioneer, and Saline High Schools winning first, second, and third place respectively.

Aaron qualifies to attend the Division 1 state tournament in Midland, Michigan that begins Friday, October 16. He’s the first Plymouth High School player to qualify for the state championship.

Way to go team! Good luck Aaron at the state championships later this week.
