Schedule Update
The Livonia Churchill Match rainout has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 16 2010.
Pre-Season Practice Schedule:
Week of August 16-20: Huron Valley Tennis Camp; optional evening practice Monday and Wedneday 6-8 p.m.
Week of August 23-27:
- Monday-Wednesday 9a.m. – 11a.m. at the HS courts.
- Thursday JV scrimmage vs. PCA – arrive by 3:30 p.m. Varsity practice 3:30-4:30 p.m.
- Friday – All day Varsity Tournament in Monroe. JV team no practice.
Week of August 30-Sept.1
Practices will be held at the HS courts from 2:45 – 4:45 p.m. There is a regularly scheduled match Thursday, September 2 at Livonia Churchill. Team members must arrive at gym entrance no later than 2:00 p.m. Team shirts will be distributed and then board the team bus.
There will be no practice Friday, September 3 or Monday September 6 due to the Labor Day holiday.
Varsity Season Match Schedule
The 2010- 2011 Varsity Match Schedule can be viewed on the High School Sports site (refer to link on main page posting).
Match start times typically are 4 p.m.; actual start times TBA.
Match schedules and practices may change; check the website often for updates and to find out what decisions are made in case of bad weather.
Tournaments are held on weekends and begin at 8am. Parent drivers are needed for all tournaments not held at the Park courts; buses will not be available. We usually need 4-5 cars. Permission forms, copies of insurance and drivers license of parent drivers must be on file prior to the event.
JVA match schedule will be announced. A scrimmage with PCA is scheduled for Thursday August 26 at 4:00 p.m. at the HS courts.
