Wildcats face challenges against Churchill
By Ms. Edwards-Onoro | September 13, 2007
The Wildcats hoped to continue their winning streak against Livonia Churchill, but unfortunately came up short in their match Wednesday, September 12th. Final score: Wildcats 2, Churchill Chargers 6.
Coach Kimball commented, “Overall the team played well against Churchill. It was certainly a bit of a letdown to lose 2 out of 3 of the matches that went into a third set, but they were close, well played matches.”
He added, “The unforced errors in the doubles lineup are something we will have to address in our next practice. JV stepped it up and won 6 out of 8 of their matches!”
